Steve Patonai has become the new CEO and Managing Director of ARMC. Patonai has more than 21 years of experience in hospital administration, including 10 years serving as Chief Executive Officer and nine years as Vice President Operations of a three-hospital system in Florida. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer at the SkyRidge Medical Center in Cleveland, Tennessee, where two competing hospitals in the same community were integrated into one medical center.

Patonai holds a master's in business administration from Florida State University, a master's in hospital administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and received a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Ohio Northern University.

Patonai and his wife, Sharon, have made their home in Auburn.
